Updated 2026: highly recommend the team at Just Gas, we have continued to use them for our boiler service (and gas fire), great communication from Martin and his engineers and they are a pleasure to deal with. 2025: We bought our house earlier this year and found that Just Gas actually fitted the new boiler a couple of years ago, so they were our first call for its annual service. Very glad we did - the whole team have been super helpful and professional from the first call to book our boiler’s annual service to the engineer’s visit. He’ll be back to service the gas fire next month!

I can’t praise them enough I called they responded within a couple of hours And as for the engineer JAKE well what a breath of fresh air He was so polite checked every thing tried various settings but I wasn’t convinced of success because the fault I had nobody can ever find But JAKE was the lad he persevered and found the problem brilliant after 5 years and 2 boilers later Can’t praise company enough and JAKE
