Website forms
When you send a form on this website, your details are emailed to our office so we can reply. Form entries may also be stored in the website’s database for a short time as a backup in case an email fails to arrive. We clear these regularly.
Cookies and third-party services
Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use a cookie banner so you can choose which ones are set. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Everything else only runs if you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Manage consent” link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with
We only share your information where it’s needed to do the job or the law requires it:
- Gas Safe Register and Local Authority Building Control, to notify new boiler installations
- Boiler manufacturers such as Viessmann and Worcester Bosch, to register your warranty
- Our accountants, IT and website providers (including our web agency, Digi Guru), who process data on our behalf under contract
- HMRC and other authorities where the law requires it
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Keeping it secure
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are password protected and kept up to date.
